Happy Little Stampers Sketch Challenge

Hi Everyone,

Not only is Little Stampers happy, but I am, too! I finally can make cards! It's still a little tricky, but I manage, yeahhh!
I used the HLS sketch for my inspiration (see below)

I used patterned paper for the background. The Christmas tree is a Papertrey Die. I cut it on card stock and fun foam. I stamped the Hero Arts Merry Christmas Tree onto my card stock tree - it fits well enough, I think. The other sentiment is by Winnie & Walter. Added those little Impression Obsession birds to brighten up my card.

Also added a tiny silver bell and silver embroidery thread.

I am linking up with:

I also want ot share a card with you that my sister made. She does not have a blog, but it deserves to be shown!

She used PP as background. The die cuts are by Ellen Hudson.

I will link up her card with:

Happy Stamping!

Welcome back to the world of blogging! You certainly came back with a bang! This card is goargeous and I love the rustic feel of it! And your sister definitely needs to get her own blog if she's going to knock out amazing creations like that.

I'd say the Hero Arts sentiment fits nicely into that tree...it really makes an impact against the woodgrain paper...and, of course, I LOVE the cardinals and the way you brought their color down into the body of the card. Very festive and beautiful. And your sister's certainly does deserve to be published. All that coppery goodness is gorgeous with the blue and the rustic background. The added bling is perfectly placed. So does this mean your entire family are artistically inclined????

Your Christmas card, rustic with charming pops of red, is lovely! And your sister's card: most definitely it warrants being shown and applauded. A duo of delight here...

These cards are both fantastic. I really love how you used that Christmas greeting stamp on an actual tree die cut. That was a clever idea. I have that stamp myself, and want to try out your inspiring idea. Thanks so much for playing along at Happy Little Stamper December Sketch Challenge.

Easter Egg and Bunny

Hi Everyone, I made a bunch of Easter cards, after all its little more than one month and I need to send them out in time... You see, they are all similar - using both the die cut and the negative, that I cut from a die cut egg. The cute bunnies got their yearly appearance - they are from Impression Obsession. the egg is by Lifestyle Crafts. The sentiment is by Papertrey. Dynamic Duos combined with CAS Colours and Sketches

I am getting the hang of combining challenges....not sure if that's good or bad... In the past I would just put all my "creative energy" into one challenge and then just link up with others, if the card just happened to fit...but now I do that on purpose. Well, I'll see how it goes....                           Anyhow here is the card that came out of this: I did not want to add a sentiment - I 'll add it later, when I know who will get it. And here is a close -up: Challenges: Dynamic Duos CAS Colours and Sketches Addicted to Stamps and More Amusing Challenges Materials: Papertrey Background Basics: Super Stripes, Memory Box Chloe Stem die. --X-- Card for Maddy: You may know already about  Maddy ,  who  was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and went through chemotherapy treatment followed by a stem cell transplant from her (then) fifteen year old sister Melanie.  She now has a relapse and this car
